4 ripe plantains
10 La Fe Vegetable Oil, for frying
Peel the plantains, and cut them into diagonal slices about 1⁄4 inch ( 3-4mm) thick.
Heat a large pan of oil, and fry the plantain slices over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Serve straight away.
