Ingredients

    8 La Fe Corn Flour Tortillas warmed

    1 lb. Sirloin or Flank Steak cut into strips

    1 Tbsp. La Fe Vegetable Oil

    1 Onion sliced

    1 Green Bell Pepper cut into strips

    1 pkg. Fajita Spices and Seasonings

    1/4 cup Water

    1 Tomato cut into wedges

Directions

  • STEP ONE

    Cook onion and green pepper in an oiled skillet over medium high heat until tender; set aside.

  • STEP TWO

    In same skillet, brown meat; drain fat. Mix in season- ings and water. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.

  • STEP THREE

    Return onions and bell peppers to skillet; add toma- toes. Heat through and serve with warmed tortillas.
