Ingredients
4 chicken legs
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp galore
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 white onion chopped
1 bunch scallions chopped
1/2 whole garlic
1 bunch cilantro
Water to fill pot
1 (1.5 lbs) La Fe Sancocho Ajiaco

Directions

STEP ONE
Season chicken with paprika, galore, onion powder, salt, and olive oil. Marinate for about 1 hour.

STEP TWO
Sear the white onion, scallions, garlic, cilantro and chicken in pan. Add water and scrape the pan. Finish off covering everything with water and bring to boil.

STEP THREE
Add La Fa Sanconcho mix (corn, potato, plantain, cassava, squash) and cook for 15 more minutes.
