Ingredients
1 cup La Fe Jasmine Rice
4 cups coconut milk
2 4-inch cinnamon sticks
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cloves
1 organic peel
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup raisins
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Directions

STEP ONE
Soak 1 cup La Fe jasmine rice overnight.

STEP TWO
Cook the rice with 2 cups coconut milk. Add the cinnamon sticks, vanilla, cloves, and organic peel. Bring to boil and reduce heat at low for 15 minutes more.

STEP THREE
When cooked add additional 2 cups coconut milk followed by the maple syrup, raisins, and cinnamon powder. Cover and wait 5 minutes before serving.
