3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons La Fe Lime Juice
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
8 ounces La Fe Queso Fresco, crumbled
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (from a 1 oz package)
La Fe Flour Tortillas/La Fe Plantain or Yuca Chips
Salt and La Fe Black Pepper
Cut La Fe tortillas into strips or chip shape. Fry the tortillas in a pan using La Fe vegetable oil at 350˚F until golden brown.
Sprinkle the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and La Fe queso fresco on top. Add the taco seasoning and mix together with a spoon.
Garnish with salt, pepper, La Fe lime juice, olive oil, and cilantro.
Serve with the prepared La Fe tortillas chips, La Fe plantain, or La Fe yuca chips.
