    Pie Crust
    15 oz can pumpkin puree
    14 oz can of La Fe Sweetened Condensed Milk Can (Dulce de Leche) Please reference our Dulce De Leche Recipe
    2 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    ¼ tsp ginger
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    ½ tsp salt


    Begin by preheating the oven to 350ºF. Now, whisk the pumpkin puree and La Fe Dulce De Leche, until mixture is smooth. Once the smooth, add in the remaining ingredients and mix it all together until perfectly smooth. Following this, pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust and smooth out the top layer.

    You can now bake the pie at 350ºF for roughly 50 minutes or until the pie barely jiggles when you tap the top of it. Note, that if the edges of the crust begins to get a bit too dark, you can simply cover the crust with a ring of with aluminum foil.

    The pie can be served warm or cool, and can be kept for several days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
