Ingredients

    1 pound boneless chicken breasts

    4 peaches cut in half with pit removed

    FOR MARINADE

    3 cloves garlic

    1 teaspoon La Fe Ground Cumin

    2 teaspoons chili powder

    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    1 teaspoon smoked paprika

    La Fe Sazon 

    1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

    2 tablespoons La Fe Vegetable Oil

    2 tablespoons tamari sauce

    2 tablespoons La Fe Lime Juice

    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  • STEP ONE

    Mix together all of the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken – marinate for at least 2 hours

  • STEP TWO

    Preheat a gas grill to medium heat.  Place chicken on one side of the grill and allow them to begin to brown about 6 to minutes depending on thickness.

  • STEP THREE

    Preheat a gas grill to medium heat.  Place chicken on one side of the grill and allow them to begin to brown about 6 to minutes depending on thickness.

  • STEP FOUR

    Add the peaches to the other side of the grill flesh side down after you have turned the chicken over.  Allow to grill about 5 minutes, flip over and grill 5 minutes more.

  • STEP FIVE

    Remove chicken from grill when done and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

  • STEP SIX

    Serve peaches alongside chicken.
