    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 cup La Fe Pandebono,

    1/2 cup ground pecans

    1 teaspoon chili powder

    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat the oven to 350°. Mix butter and 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together the next 6 ingredients. Gradually mix until it is creamy. Fold in chocolate chips.

Shape dough into 1-in. balls and place 1 in. apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until bottoms are lightly browned, which should be between 12-15 minutes. After the cookies are baked, remove them from pans and transfer them to wire racks to cool for 5 minutes. Place the remaining confectioners’ sugar on them. Wait for them to cool completely before serving!
