Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (10 to 12 oz each; the calorie count is based on 24 oz), trimmed
2 tbsp La Fe Ground Cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground coriander
La Fe Sazon
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp La Fe Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp ground La Fe Cinnamon Sticks
3/4 tsp La Fe Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
La Fe Lime Juice to taste
Lime wedges for garnish

STEP ONE
Prepare grill or broiler

Prepare spice mixture (all ingredients except pork) La Fe cumin, chili powder, ground coriander, La Fe sazon, salt, La Fe black pepper, ground La Fe cinnamon stick, La Fe brown sugar, red pepper.

Rub 2 tbsp spice mixture over each tenderloin. Grill over medium-low coals 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reaches 160˚F. Serve with La Fe lime juice and lime wedges as garnish.
