Ingredients
1 can LaFe Evaporated Milk
4 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground nutmeg
Pinch Cayenne Pepper (optional)
2 Bags (24 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
Additional cinnamon (for serving) (optional)
Whipped cream (for serving) (optional)
Chocolate Syrup (for serving) (optional)

Directions

STEP ONE
On the stovetop, whisk the first four ingredients together over medium heat. Add in chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted.

Cover and let sit over low heat for about 5 minutes.

STEP THREE
(Optional) In a clear mug, drizzle a little chocolate syrup in a swirled pattern. Fill mug with hot chocolate until nearly full. Top with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve hot.
