2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
8 oz La Fe Queso Fresco, softened
1/2 cup La Fe Mozzarella Cheese
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough
4 oz cheddar cheese, block of cheese, cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Begin by preheating the oven to 400˚F
Following this, in a medium-sized bowl, mix together the chicken, La Fe Queso Fresco, La Fe Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch.
After you have completed this mixture, on a lightly floured surface, cut the rolled out dough into square shapes and place a cube of cheese on each square. Once all the cheese and squares have been placed, roll the dough around the cheese cubes and repeat with the remainder of the dough.
Place the newly created cheese-stuffed dough balls in a circle around the edges of a greased oven-safe skillet or deep dish.
Finally, fill the middle of the dough circle with the chicken dip.
Once you finished this process, bake the skillet for 35 minutes.
Once you have removed the skillet from the oven, coat the dough ring with melted butter.
