Ingredients
2 large twigs with leaves of epazote
1 La Fe Tortilla
2 Tbsp. fat free Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Strawberries thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Sugar
a dash of Cinnamon

Directions

STEP ONE
Spread the cream cheese over tortilla, then add strawberries and sugar on top.

STEP TWO
Sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top and then fold the tortilla in half.

STEP THREE
Cook each side for 2 minutes in a nonstick skillet.
