Ingredients
2 sticks Unsalted Butter, room temperature
3/4 cup LaFe Brown Sugar, packed
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 lg Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 1/4 cups Reese’s Pieces, M&M’s, or any other hard chocolate candy

Directions

STEP ONE
In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and both sugars. Once they are combined, add in the eggs and vanilla.

STEP TWO
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients.

STEP THREE
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, until they are well combined. Mix in the chocolate chips next.

STEP FOUR
On lower speed, gently add in and mix your candies (M&M’s, Reese’s, other) being careful to not break them.

STEP FIVE
Using two cookie sheets lined with parchment paper, scoop 2 tbsp balls of dough onto the sheets in a 3×4 grid. This should make 24 cookies.

STEP SIX
You can add more candy at this point, for decoration and taste.

STEP SEVEN
Bake at 350° for 8-10 min or until the edges are firm, and the center is still a bit puffy.

STEP EIGHT
Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes, before moving to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
