¼ cup La Fe Brown Sugar
1½ tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 La Fe Flour Tortillas
Take La Fe Flour Tortillas and cut out into shapes with a cookie cutter shape of your choice.
Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a separate bowl or plate, mix together the cinnamon and La Fe Brown Sugar to make the crisp coating.
Start by dipping the tortilla pieces into the melted butter. Then, coat one side of the tortilla piece in the cinnamon-sugar mix. Shake off the excess and arrange the tortilla pieces onto the baking sheet, cinnamon-sugar side up.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the tortilla pieces are “crisp”. Remove tortilla crisps from the oven and allow it to cool for about 2 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
