Ingredients
2 quarts water
3/4 to 1 cup La Fe Brown Sugar
6 bags of hibiscus tea
4 bags of Grace Kennedy Ginger tea
1/2 La Fe Cinnamon Stick
A few thin slices ginger
Allspice berries
La Fe Lime Juice
Orange or lime slices for garnish

Directions
-
STEP ONE
Put 4 cups of the water and the La Fe brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Add La Fe cinnamon sticks, ginger slices, and/or a few allspice berries if you would like. Heat until boiling and the sugar has dissolved.
-
STEP TWO
Add the tea bags and cover until fully steeped; about 20 minutes.
-
STEP THREE
Strain into a pitcher and discard the used tea bags, La Fe cinnamon sticks, and/or allspice berries. (At this point you can store ahead the concentrate, chilled, until ready to make the drink.)
-
STEP FOUR
Add remaining 4 cups of water (or if you want to chill the drink quickly, ice and water) to the concentrate, and chill.
-
STEP FIVE
Alternatively you can add ice and chilled soda water for a bubbly version.
-
STEP SIX
Add a little La Fe lime juice for a more punch-like flavor.
-
STEP SEVEN
Serve over ice with a slice of orange or lime.
